Mrs. Roxanne Oxley dedicated her heart and soul to her students. She loved them and believed their participation in the performing arts would enhance their lives and inspire them to reach their fullest potential.
She always prioritized the empowerment of students through education. Roxy fought for equity, accessibility, and quality in the education system.
She is a missing voice in advocacy for students, but we, as her family, are carrying out her cause, her legacy of compassion, encouragement, empowerment and inspiration.
Each year since her passing in 2015, we have been pleased to award scholarships to deserving Los Amigos High School Seniors.
Roxy deeply believed in giving each student every opportunity to succeed and encouraging them to reach for their dreams. This scholarship will continue that commitment.
